FAQs

Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?

We are part of the National Accessible Scheme and have been awarded Category 1 by the English Tourist Board. This means the accommodation meets the general needs of all wheelchair users including those travelling independently. However please discuss your particular requirements with Reception. The pool at the Broadland Holiday Leisure Club is equipped with a hoist and wheelchair access.

Do I need a separate reservations for the restaurant?

With the popularity of the Crooked Barn we do recommend that a separate dinner reservation is made at the time of your booking of hotel accommodation as without it we cannot always guarantee a table. Those guests booked on our Dine and Unwind or Short Break will automatically have a table reserved for them.

Are dogs welcome?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. They are allowed in the bedrooms but we do request that they are kept on a lead whilst in the garden. However, there are walks in the grounds or in the immediate vicinity about which reception can advise you. There will be a charge of £15 per stay.

How can I find out about local events?
